I am sure there are other benefits and I would encourage you to weigh-in (pun intended) on this topic.
So next Friday I challenge you to invite a Fat Friend or two to join you for your workout. Just think, if you will do this for your friends eventually you will both be able to enjoy Skinny Self Saturday!
Now, before you think this comment is incredibly rude and that I am insensitive to those people who are weight challenged, I have to let you know that I fall into the Fat Friend category. I don’t know if my metabolism is slowing or if it is my propensity to eat good food. Whatever it is I have had a challenge peeling off the 40 pounds I would love to lose. So this is more for me than for others.
I would like to propose that those who like an active lifestyle adopt this movement and spread it across the nation and world for that matter. I am challenging everyone to ask a friend who has mentioned a desire to drop a pound or two and take them with you on your Friday workout. Take them on your bike ride, run, hike or even a walk. You may have to tone it down a little or put in a second, more aggressive workout later, but you will be doing a great service for your friends. I know I sound insensitive, but, many of us fat friends just need someone to drag us out of bed and get us moving.
Now, think of what this means to you and your friends.
